Submission on proposed code for mortgage arrears

FLAC has prepared a detailed submission on the Financial Regulator's draft Code of Conduct on Mortgage Arrears. It is available to download in our policy section.

The proposed code is adapted from a voluntary code prepared jointly by the Irish Banking Federation and the Irish Mortgage Council. FLAC has some concerns and suggestions around the Regulator's draft and these are outlined in the submission.
