FLAC makes submission on Immigration Residence and Protection Bill 2010

FLAC has commented on the Immigration Residence and Protection Bill 2010 in a submission to the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Justice, Defence and Women's Rights.

The Immigration Residence and Protection Bill was published in July and will affect both those who seek to live in Ireland as well as long-established citizens. The Bill will be debated on in Dail Éireann in the coming weeks.

FLAC's submission focused on access to justice as the Bill will have significant rammifications for this area.
