FLAC Conference on the legal implications of the public sector duty in Irish law
FLAC is delighted to invite you to our conference on the legal implications of the recently introduced public sector duty in Irish law, with the support of IHREC.
Section 42 of the Irish Human Rights and Equality Act 2014 requires a wide range of public bodies to have regard to non-discrimination, equality of opportunity and human rights in the delivery of their functions.
The aim of the conference is to enhance the awareness and understanding of the public sector duty amongst the legal community and those involved in advocacy.
