COVID-19 Information Update

Dear all

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 virus outbreak, FLAC have decided for the safety of our volunteers and service users to close our free legal advice clinics until further notice.

We are reviewing how we can best deliver our services during this crisis. We ask for your cooperation and understanding during this time.

FLAC’s Telephone Information and Referral Line remains open.

If you have a legal information query you can contact us on 1890 350250 or 01 8745690. The phoneline will be open Monday to Friday 9.30-1pm and 2-5pm.

In case of an emergency or an urgent matter we are working on making legal advice available from a volunteer lawyer on a limited basis.

We have produced a series of FLACsheets to provide information on your rights during the current outbreak. As this is an evolving situation, this information is subject to change so please check our website and social media regularly for updates. FLAC’s head office is also closed, however we have contingency plans in place for our team to work from home. The main office line will be in operation so you will be able to contact us as usual on 01 887 3600. All staff will be contactable by email and phone.
